What is a Virtual Paralegal (VP)?

A Virtual Paralegal is one that is independently contracted by an attorney or law office to provide on-demand legal support services.  They are essentially self-employed, and available to take on short-term or long-term projects.  VPs can provide a range of services, from occasional overflow assistance to long-term support.

Our VPs are great alternatives to traditional onsite support.  They do not require benefits, office space, training, equipment or software.  When you retain the services of a VP, you will pay only for the services you receive.  You do not pay for downtime, social breaks, web surfing or sick leave Please refer to the Cost Comparison charts located on our Benefits page.

What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

"A Virtual Assistant (substitute VA) works independently at an arm’s length, via the Internet, utilizing the latest technologies, to provide immediate professional support, services and skills to busy entrepreneurs and business managers. Partnering with a VA reduces stress, protects cash flow, eliminates administrative hassles, and enables business people to find the success they originally set out to achieve."   VAnetworking.com

"Your VA is not an employee of your company. They are in fact small business owners themselves. They are not someone you only want to type a single project. VAs become an integral part of your business. VAs pride themselves on becoming a part of your company interested in helping your small business succeed. They get to know you personally, want to know your customers and assist you in maintaining close contact with your customer base."   International Association of Virtual Office Assistants
